Ordering with Hey Honey

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days.

  • We are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been submitted. Please see our cancellation policies below for more information. Please contact Hey Honey Customer Care if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

  • If the online ordering process isn’t working for you, Hey Honey does accept phone orders during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST)- please call (1) 855.33.HONEY to do so.

Hey Honey Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping:
Orders under $50: $4.99
Orders over $50: FREE

  • Orders under one pound will be shipped Standard USPS. Orders weighing over one pound will be shipped through FedEx.
  • Please double check that the address you entered on your account is correct to prevent any errors or delays in the shipping process.
  • After your order is complete, our warehouse will usually fulfill and ship the order within two business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to use with the corresponding carrier website. Your tracking number is also available through your account on heyhoney.com. You may also e-mail or call us or chat during regular business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday MST) and we would be happy to track your shipment for you.
  • Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-5 business days

International Shipping:
Hey Honey does ship internationally!

  • All international orders will be shipped through UPS.
  • Please double check that the address you entered on your account is correct to prevent any errors or delays in the shipping process.
  • After your order is complete, our warehouse will usually fulfill and ship the order within 3 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to use with the corresponding carrier website. Your tracking number is also available through your account on heyhoney.com. You may also e-mail or call us or chat during regular business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday MST) and we would be happy to track your shipment for you.
  • International Orders are dependent on the shipping carrier, but they will normally arrive between 10-14 day (may not include weekends or holidays)

*Shipping delays may occur during times of high order volume, especially during the holiday season (November - December)
*For international orders, taxes, import duties, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to buying any products
*Product can only be shipped to one address per order
*Hey Honey is not responsible for lost orders or orders damaged by the shipping carrier

How do I contact Hey Honey?

  • You can easily reach us via our Customer Care page. You can log into your account and send us a message through our Customer Care page or by phone and chat during regular business hours. Please include your name and order number as well as a short description of your questions/concerns and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse, we send you an e-mail with a tracking number you can use on the shipping carrier’s website (Fedex or USPS for Domestic Shipping, UPS for International Shipping). You can also find your tracking number by navigating to “My Account” on our website and viewing your orders. You can also contact Hey Honey Customer Care and we can track your order for you.

Can I choose a faster shipping option?

  • At this time Hey Honey does not offer expedited shipping through our website.

Can I change/cancel my order?

  • Hey Honey strives to serve our customers as quickly as possible- this means we will begin to process your order immediately after you submit it. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please contact Hey Honey if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

My order arrived damaged/was lost, what should I do?

  • While Hey Honey cannot control and is not responsible for orders lost or damaged by shipping carriers, we do recommend you contact us if your order was lost, damaged or stolen so we can attempt to correct the issue to the best of our ability. You can log into "My Account" and send us a message through our Customer Care page or by phone and chat during regular business hours. Please include your name and order number as well as a short description of your issues and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

My order arrived with missing items/wrong items/malfunctioning items?

  • Please contact us at Customer Care as soon as possible so we can immediately remedy the situation for you. You can log into your account and send us a message through our Customer Care page or by phone and chat during regular business hours. Please include your name and order number as well as a short description of your issues and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

RETURNS

Our goal is to make sure you are happy! We always hope that you have a positive experience with your Hey Honey order, but we do understand that returns are sometimes necessary. That’s why Hey Honey offers a 30-day guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product for full refund of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return, please review the following requirements and steps.   

Returning your Hey Honey Order

1.) Log in to your account on heyhoney.com.

2.) Navigate to “My Account” to view your orders. 

3.) Navigate to the “Completed” link and open it and find the order corresponding to the items you would like to return. 

4.) Next to the “View Order Details” button, there is a link for “Return Item(s)”. Click that link, fill out the form completely and submit.

5.) Hey Honey Customer Care will contact you when your Return Request is approved. 

6.) Return items must be placed in their original packaging, and shipped to 3033 S Parker Rd. #750 Aurora, CO 80014. We recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

*Items received without a prior return request may not be accepted by Hey Honey

Return Requirements

  • In order to receive a full refund, return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original shipment date. Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted, credited or refunded. 
  • Hey Honey is not responsible for orders placed through other vendors or retail partners, we cannot issue returns or exchanges for such items. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning product. We recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service (such as USPS) as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 
  • The original shipping and handling costs for orders are non-refundable.
  • For orders that include a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP must be sent back with the returned products in order to receive the full purchase price refund. If you would like to keep the GWP, please include that information in your return request with customer care and we will deduct the gift’s value from your refund.
  • Returned products must be 60% or more full to qualify for a refund.
  • It can take up to two weeks to process a return. We will send you an email notification when your return has been received and processed. It can take longer for your bank statement to reflect any approved refunds- please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds to your account.
  • Hey Honey reserves the right to deny a refund to a customer for any reason- the most common reasons for a denied return would include the return of less than empty products or returns requested after 30 days.

Exchanges
Didn’t receive quite what you expected? Contact us to send it back and get the right product! Please follow the guidelines below. 

Exchanging your Hey Honey Order

1.) Log in to your account on heyhoney.com.

2.) Navigate to “My Account” to view your orders. 

3.) Navigate to the “Completed” link and open it and find the order corresponding to the items you would like to return. 

4.) Next to the “View Order Details” button, there is a link for “Return Item(s)”. Click that link, fill out the form, completely (be sure to include a note about what you would like to exchange!) and submit.

5.) Hey Honey Customer Care will contact you when your Exchange Request is approved. Exchange requests are granted at Hey Honey’s discretion and may be denied for any reason.
