Most orders ship within one business day. Please allow up to two business days for processing, Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Delivery times begin after processing and may vary by destination or carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Most orders ship within one business day, but please allow up to two business days. Orders containing pre-order or backordered products will ship when those items become available.
Continental U.S. Shipping
Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for continental U.S. orders.
Orders placed before 2 PM on a regular business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the following business day.
Pre-order and backordered items ship when the product returns to stock, even when expedited shipping is selected.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Armed Forces
Standard, non-expedited USPS shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Armed Forces addresses.

Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import fees, tariffs or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are paid to the carrier.
Customs fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned because duties or customs charges were not paid, all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is managed by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs or other carrier delays.
