Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day unless otherwise noted.
Hey Honey uses only the most reliable and trusted shipping services; once orders leave the Hey Honey facility, the actual delivery timeframe is dependent on the carrier.
DOMESTIC (CONTINENTAL U.S.)
Please allow 1 business day for processing and a transit time of 3-5 business days on all standard orders.
Hey Honey is pleased to offer expedited shipping options of on all continental U.S. orders. For orders placed with expedited shipping before 2pm on regular business days, your package will ship same day and orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Please note, for expedited shipping on pre-orders and backorders, your items will ship on the first day product returns to stock.

INTERNATIONAL
For international orders, the item price and shipping costs do not include customs, import duties, tariffs, taxes or any additional charges or fees that may occur. All applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be due to the carrier. Packages may be held at a local sorting facility until all customs charges and fees are paid.
Customers should check with their country's customs office to determine what the additional costs (if any) will be prior to purchasing any products.
International charges and fees paid by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will have all shipping charges deducted from the refund.
