Hey honey, happy Friday! With the approaching summer heat, we know how important it is to stay cool. That's why we're sharing this yummy honey and strawberry smoothie recipe from Women and Home. We love this recipe because it's super simple (only 3 ingredients) and uses goat milk instead of cow milk for a variety of added benefits.
- 450g (about 1 pound) strawberries, hulled
- 450ml (about 2 cups) goat milk
- 2tbsp clear honey
- Halve any large strawberries and whizz in a blender or food processor.
- Add the milk and honey and whizz until smooth.*
*To make this smoothie in a Nutribullet, make sure the goats' milk comes up to the line before you blend.
