Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Most orders ship within 1 business day, though processing may take up to 2 business days during promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and are estimates only. Hey Honey is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and other import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. These charges are non-refundable. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Hey Honey is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned package needs to be reshipped.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Hey Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first. We're always happy to assist when possible.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package will be refunded for the product value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Reshipping charges will apply if you would like the order sent again.
