RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is to make sure you are happy!
We always hope that you have a positive experience with your Hey Honey order, but we do understand that returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary.
RETURNS
Hey Honey is pleased to offer a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product selections, you may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price minus Shipping & Handling fees.
If you would like to make a return, please review the following requirements and steps.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
1.) Email care@heyhoney.com with your full name, shipping address, and order number.
2.) Our Customer Care team will review your request and contact you once your return is approved.
3.) Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with the correct return address.
4.) Return items must be placed in their original packaging.
5.) We recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
*Items received without a prior return request may not be accepted by Hey Honey
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
• In order to receive a refund, return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from delivery confirmation. Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted, credited, or refunded.
• If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the gift must be returned with your items. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
• When requested, a prepaid return label can be provided for a $5 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
• "Create A Set" and travel-size products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Hey Honey is not responsible for orders placed through other vendors or retail partners, and cannot issue returns or exchanges for those purchases.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a prepaid label is requested. We recommend using an insurable, traceable service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
• The original shipping and handling costs for orders, whether paid by the customer or Hey Honey, are non-refundable.
• Returned products must be at least 60% full to qualify for a refund.
• It can take up to 7 days to process a return once received. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
• Hey Honey reserves the right to deny a refund for any reason, including returns of products that are less than 60% full or requests made after 30 days.

• For purchases made through Amazon: Hey Honey offers a 45-day money-back guarantee for products purchased directly from the official Hey Honey Amazon storefront with valid proof of purchase.

Didn’t receive quite what you expected? Contact us to send it back and get the right product!

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER

6.) It can take up to two weeks to process an exchange. You will receive an email once your return is received and your exchange has been shipped.
