Our goal is to make sure you are happy!

We always hope that you have a positive experience with your Hey Honey order, but we do understand that returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary.


RETURNS

Hey Honey is pleased to offer a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product selections, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price minus the Shipping & Handling fees. If you would like to make a return, please review the following requirements and steps.


RETURNING YOUR ORDER

1.) Log in to your account on heyhoney.com.

2.) Navigate to “My Account” to view your orders. 

3.) Navigate to the “Completed link and open it and find the order corresponding to the items you would like to return. 

4.) Next to the “View Order Details” button, there is a link for “Return Item(s)”. Click that link, fill out the form completely and submit.

5.) Hey Honey Customer Care will contact you when your Return Request is approved. 

6.) Return items must be placed in their original packaging, and shipped to 5551 Marquesas Circle Sarasota FL 34233. We recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • In order to receive a refund, return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from delivery confirmation. Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted, credited or refunded.
  • "Create A Set" and travel sized products are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
  • Hey Honey is not responsible for orders placed through other vendors or retail partners, as we cannot issue returns or exchanges for such items. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning product. We recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service (such as USPS) as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 
  • The original shipping and handling costs for orders, paid by the customer or Hey Honey, are non-refundable.
  • For orders that include a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP must be sent back with the returned products in order to receive the full eligible refund. If you would like to keep the GWP, please include that information in your return request with customer care and we will deduct the gift’s value from your refund.
  • Returned products must be 60% or more full to qualify for a refund.
  • It can take up to two weeks to process a return. We will send you an email notification when your return has been received and processed. It can take longer for your bank statement to reflect any approved refunds- please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds to your account.
  • Hey Honey reserves the right to deny a refund to a customer for any reasonthe most common reasons for a denied return would include the return of less than 60% of a product amount or returns requested after 30 days.

EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
